How much is rent?
It depends on the unit type. You can find pricing on our floor plans page.
What does rent include?
Trash and recycling is included in the rent.
What utilities do I need to pay?
Tenants are responsible for arranging their own electric service. Water, heat and sewer are charged back to the tenant. Internet is provided for $40 a month.
Is there parking?
We have several parking options, including our surface lot, covered carports, and an underground parking garage. Monthly charges are as follows:
- Surface lot (no assigned spaces): $35 per month
- Covered carport (assigned space): $40 per month
- Secure, underground garage (assigned space): $50 per month
Street parking is free, but available only on a first-come, first-serve basis to tenants and all the surrounding properties in the area.

Do the apartments include blinds?
Yes, the apartments do come with a standard blinds package.
Is furniture included?
No, all our units are unfurnished and we do not supply furniture.
If you would like to rent furniture, you are welcome to go to cort.com/furniture-rental to arrange furniture for your apartment.
